Batch Assessmentは、Excelなどで管理している多数の評価項目を、社内規程・手順書・設計書などの資料と照合し、AIエージェントが項目ごとに一次評価を行う機能です。判定案だけでなく、判断理由・根拠となる記述・参照元まで提示し、判断に必要な情報が足りない場合はその内容も示します。担当者は、AIが整理した結果と根拠を確認し、修正や最終判断に集中できます。

Batch Assessment is a feature in which an AI agent performs a first-pass evaluation, item by item, by cross-checking the many evaluation items you manage in tools like Excel against your internal materials — company policies, procedure manuals, design documents, and more. It presents not only a proposed judgment, but also the reasoning behind it, the supporting passages, and the source references; where information needed to reach a judgment is missing, it shows that too. Your team can review the results and evidence the AI has organized, and concentrate on corrections and final decisions.

The challenges it addresses

Assessment work doesn't end with simply answering each item. You have to track down the relevant materials, judge them against your criteria, and, where necessary, leave evidence in a form a third party can verify. The more items and documents involved, the longer the review takes — and interpretations begin to vary from one person to the next.

Batch Assessment has an AI agent locate the relevant passages across anywhere from thousands to millions of documents, pinpoint the applicable sections, check them against your evaluation criteria, and draft a proposed judgment. Your team can verify the evidence and focus on follow-up actions and final decisions. This processing method is patented (Japanese Patent No. 7874919).
