AskDonaにアクセス制御機能を追加しました

法人向け生成AIプラットフォーム「AskDona®」に、エンタープライズ向けのアクセス制御機能を追加しました。

今回のアップデートにより、組織全体に適用する利用制限と、ユーザーの役割に応じたロール権限の設定が可能になります。設定変更の履歴は監査ログに記録され、誰がいつ変更したかを確認できます。

部門・職責ごとの利用範囲を管理しながら、社内文書や業務データを扱う生成AI活用をより安全に進められるよう支援します。

We have added enterprise access control features to AskDona®, our generative AI platform for business use.

With this update, organizations can now configure usage restrictions across the entire organization and assign role-based permissions according to each user's responsibilities. Changes to access settings are recorded in audit logs, allowing administrators to review who made changes and when.

These features help organizations manage access by department, role, and operational responsibility, supporting safer use of generative AI with internal documents and business data.
