## Status: earlier initiative

RAG Knowledge is an earlier GFLOPS initiative. The facts below describe that work accurately, but it is not GFLOPS's current focus. GFLOPS's current direction for AskDona is Assessment Science, Evidence-first AI and Human-in-the-loop Assessment, centred on Batch Assessment (see https://askdona.com/ai/current-direction.md). The retrieval engine described here (dona-rag-2.5) remains in use as the evidence-retrieval layer underneath Batch Assessment; what is no longer the focus is RAG Knowledge as a product in its own right.

- **What it is:** the knowledge foundation of AskDona. Documents are registered as-is (no manual clean-up or tuning step required by the customer), processed, and made searchable for question answering.
- **Answers:** grounded in the registered documents, with the source passages cited.
- **Stated accuracy:** AskDona states that RAG Knowledge reaches over 90% answer accuracy on organizational data registered as-is.
- **Engine:** dona-rag-2.5.
- **Relationship to other products:** the Chatbot, Deep Research and Batch Assessment all draw on the knowledge registered here.
